Amazing Abseil

On the 25th June, on a lovely sunny, but slightly windy morning, 20 people made up of volunteers, friends, family and supporters of our group abseiled 100m down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth. There was an atmosphere of nervous anticiaption as each group of 6/7 signed in and prepared for the descent and a huge relief and sense of achievement  afterwards!

A tremendous amount of money was raised by sponsorship with the total currently standing at nearly £10,500 with the possibility of more to come!

Another brilliant Lambourn RDA team effort.
