Charity Golf Day

It was a beautiful sunny day at the Donnington Valley Golf Course for our fundraiser. The course looked great and the ten teams tee’d off at 9am after a coffee and bacon roll.

We had plenty to celebrate at the Charity Golf Day, including two teams who incredibly returned from their round without losing the yellow ball! Well done to Freddie Tulloch, Ed James, Sue Tulloch and Richard Brooks and also to the Racing Club team.

Freddie Tulloch’s team had a great day by also winning The Bob Dore Trophy for the best team score of the Day, which was presented by Jane Adamson.

One of our youngest players, Harry Lardner showed everyone how it was done by winning the Trophy for the Best Individual Score. Terence Dixon won the Trophy for the Longest Drive and Jonathan Baillie won the Trophy for Nearest the Pin.
