The Autumn term gets underway on 9th September and we are looking forward to seeing all our riders after the summer break.
In preparation for the start of term we had a training day for our Volunteers, where we watched a demonstration by occupational therapist Emma Hunter, who works with one of our riders during the school holidays using our facilities. Emma then gave a short talk on the work she is doing with him and his progress. Emma is also an RDA coach with another RDA group in our Region and uses riding to help with her occupational therapy. It was lovely to see so many of our volunteers to have a catch up after the summer break.
